Meet Gatortot
The American Alligator
Gatortot is, at his core, a dog trapped in an alligator’s body. He greets his favorite humans with the unrestrained enthusiasm of a golden retriever, often slamming into the glass just to say hello, blissfully unaware that he’s much bigger—and scalier—than any normal puppy. He’s incredibly trained for a growing gator, knowing commands like “come” and “stay,” and he takes pride in following them just like a proud dog showing off a trick. His favorite person in the world is his trainer, and he showers them with loyalty, affection, and a seemingly endless appetite for treats.
Despite missing a few digits, Gatortot’s silliness makes up for it tenfold. He tumbles, wiggles, and splashes around with cartoonish confidence. He is still a growing boy, growing almost a foot in just six months. He’s a sweet, goofy, awkward teenager of the reptile world, full of heart and energy. Even though he’s technically an apex predator, his personality is pure puppy: loving, playful, and devoted to the people he adores.
When he’s not dashing toward treats or practicing the best high walk in town, Gatortot loves basking under his heat lamp, melting into the warm sun like a happy dog napping in a sunbeam. He’s the kind of alligator who might pee or poop the second he’s picked up, not out of malice but because he’s just too focused on being excited to realize he’s not a normal dog.
Gatortot is a growing boy with an enormous personality, a heart full of loyalty, and the soul of a puppy in a gator’s body—sweet, silly, sun-loving, and utterly irresistible.
