Membership Rules:
Everyone in the family membership will share the same member ID.
Valid ID required each time you enter.
Individual memberships will be individual.
Memberships can only be used by the named adult members on the card.
A named adult must be physically present to admit children and/or guests.
A named adult’s Photo ID and membership card are required for admittance to the Zoo.
Membership Cards will be digital, however, there is a $5 replacement fee if you need a card to be resent due to loss or deletion.
Memberships are valid for one full year from your first visit.
Children/grandchildren can only be listed if they are under the age of 18.
Maximum children/grandchildren limits apply.
Memberships are intended for a single household, living at the same physical address, and cannot be shared across multiple households. Sharing a membership will result in the invalidation of the membership.
The children listed on the membership must be the dependent children of the named adults in the household. Members are not allowed to bring children that are not living in their household. Memberships are non-transferable to another household once used. Membership purchases are non-refundable. Memberships are good for free admission during regular Zoo business hours. (Reservations may be required. Please check the website before arriving. Some special events may require an additional entrance fee. We do not offer memberships intended for groups, group homes, organizations, or for any commercial use. If you use a membership for any of these purposes, the membership will be revoked without warning without refund.
Please make sure that you have photo ID when picking up your membership cards.
A membership may be revoked or invalidated at any time due to misuse of the membership benefits, or abuse of Scales & Tails Utah’s animals or employees.
A revocation of a membership will last a minimum of one year, and exact details are determined on a case-by-case basis.
There is no refund given if a membership is revoked or invalidated.
