"The Toddler Show"
$325
- This show is catered to children 4 years old and younger. This will be a 30-minute “touch” and “hold” session with 5 very “nice” reptiles and a crocodilian skull. Your Reptile Guide will entertain the children with funny stories, jokes, and songs about each reptile and will also let the children see the animals walk and move on the ground. This show is completely hands-on.
"The Teaser Show"
$350
- A 30-minute educational show where we bring a crocodilian skull, and 6 live small to medium reptiles (with at least one from each of the reptilian groups). The finale will be a snake between 6-9 feet. There are 15 minutes of animal handling after the show for a total of 45 minutes for the total package.
"The Medium Show"

- A 45-minute educational show with 15 minutes of animal handling afterward for a total of a one hour package. We bring creepy crawlies (Spiders, Scorpions, or Roaches), a crocodilian skull, and 8 live reptiles (snakes, lizards, and tortoises) which include two premium animals: a Giant Turtle or Tortoise (30-40 lbs) and a Giant Snake (10 ft+).
"The Large Show"

- A 45-minute educational show with 15 minutes of animal handling afterward for a total of a one hour package. We bring creepy crawlies (Spiders, Scorpions, or Roaches), lizards, a tortoise, and snakes for a total of 10 animals. Included are four premium animals: a Giant Lizard (4 ft+), a Giant snake (10 ft+), a Giant Turtle or Tortoise (30-40 lbs), and a young Alligator, Caiman, or Crocodile (4 ft or less).

"Birds of the World Show"
Meet a variety of bird species

- 30-minute bird show displaying six birds from around the world. Show birds could include: an American Pigeon, a Rainbow Lorikeet, a Scaly Breasted Lorikeet, a Trumpeter Hornbill, a Laughing Kookaburra and a Green Wing Macaw. Some talk, some call, some have amazing back stories while others are just getting used to audiences. These beautiful birds will impress and delight viewers of all ages!
"The Predator Show"
In collaboration with Long Wing Inc

- This 75-minute show is a collaboration with Scales & Tails Utah and Long Wing Inc. This creative new show will amaze and inspire audiences of all ages with four reptile predators: a giant 10ft snake, a giant 4ft lizard, a 30-lb snapping turtle and a young crocodilian alongside three elegant predators of the sky: an owl, a falcon, and a hawk. This impressive show will run about 60 minutes and be followed up with 15 minutes of meet and greet after the show.
"The Grand Combo"
Combination Large Show & The Birds of the World Show

- 1-hour 30-minute educational presentation where we combine the flighted ambassadors of the sky with the slithering ambassadors of the ground into one cool and unique show. Includes 15 minutes of animal handling after the show with some of the animals. This two-part package includes the Birds of the World Show and the Large Reptile Show listed above. We typically will start with the Bird Show have a short 10-minute intermission to reset our stage then end with the Reptile Show. Handling will then be done at the end.

"Care of Mystical Creatures Teaser Show"

- 30-minute presentation whisking the audience away into the mystical and magical realm of wizards and witches. We’ll bring six reptiles and amphibians. Your witch or wizard professor will dress in wizarding robes and use a few props to jazz up any party or themed celebration. Fifteen minutes of animal handling with some of the animals will be included after the presentation.

- 60-minute animal handling session with eight of our mystical and magical creatures featuring reptiles and amphibians. No offical stage show with this package but our creature caretakers will wear wizarding robes, come in character and bring lots of fun props like magic books, owls & crows, skulls, wands, and more along with our Mystical Creatures!
ADD ON: Additional animal handling hours or additional shows can be added on to any presentation or handling session at a discounted rate. Please inquire.
Science Fun Stations
Great for STEM Fairs, Science Nights, School Carnivals, Etc

Our Science Fun Stations are an amazing collaboration with Mad Science®. This science package includes six STEM booths for a two-hour time frame for up to 100 students. Price varies depending on the sixth booth choice. Larger groups can be accommodated, please inquire.
- •Chemistry – Bouncy Balls – Each child will be able to make their own bouncy ball
- •Chemistry – Slime – Children will be able to make their own slime.
- •Chemistry – Dry Ice – Our scientists will demonstrate the properties and do fun experiments with dry ice including a Mad Science bath and shower.
- •Physics – Van de Graff – Children get to experience static electricity. It will make the hairs on their heads stand up, literally!
- •Biology – Reptiles Handling – Children will get to learn about, pet and hold some amazing reptilian ambassadors from Scales & Tails.
- •Pick one of the following for your sixth booth:
- >>Physical Reaction – Cotton Candy – Children will get to see how sugar is turned into cotton candy, and get to eat it!
- >>Physics – Rockets – Patrons get to watch our Mad Scientists launch four rockets per hour. (Requires an outdoor space. Costs a little extra.)
- >>Physics – Foam Planes – Children get to make a foam plane and launch them. (Requires a larger space away from other booths, costs a little extra.)
- >>Physics – Periscopes – Children get to build their own periscope and experiment peering around corners. (Costs a little extra.)
Other:
- Travel Fees – Travel fees apply to all shows booked outside the Salt Lake Valley.
- Sound Systems – Available for your show upon request for an additional $50.
- Multiple Shows – Other Discounts available when booking multiple shows in the same day. Call for details.
- Deposits – A deposit will be collected at time of booking. Deposits are considered non-refundable 14-days prior to original event date unless other arrangment are made and noted.
- Invitations – We recommend Invitations by Melinda Bryant . The reptiles on her invitations were taken of our animals!

This reptile package allows you to show up with your guests and just enjoy the experience! We take the stress out of the equation. We will handle everything from the decor to the food as well as keeping your guests enteratained. We will even send the kids home with a small parting gift.

- Reptile Exhibit Look Time/Photo Booth – Your Scales & Tails animal wrangler will allow the party goers to wander the facility to look at all the animals and also have an opportunity to get a photo with a snake or lizard in front of our photo wall. A parent or chaperone will need to take the photos with their own camera. Approximately 30 minutes.
- Two Six Foot Tables with tableclothes – set with tableclothes and a few table decorations.
- Fifteen chairs.

Private Tours

Private VIP tours allow up to TEN people for the base price. Your experienced tour guide will show you and your guests around our facility and introduce you to numerous snakes, lizards, tortoises, and alligators. You’ll get to interact with many of these animals hands on. Your guide will be able to answer questions and give your group personal attention throughout the experience. $250 (We can add on additional people above the 10 for $10/person)
NEW! – Add $100 to the VIP tour for a “Big Experiences”
You can add-on a “BIG EXPERIENCE” for something a little extra.
BIG EXPERIENCES could include:
“Slither” – Get hands on with one of our 13 ft+ Pythons or Boas.
“Rattle” – Watch a live rattlesnake demo, possibly with a feeding.
“Squeeze” – Help feed a handful of our smaller snakes. Frozen/thawed prey will be utilized,
“Chomp” – Get hands on with one of our Crocodilians.
“Thrash” – Get a chance to help feed some of our larger lizards such as the Monitor Lizards.

- We are now offering Field Trips of our Facility! Participants will have a chance to get hands-on with snakes, lizards, tortoises and maybe even an alligator! Tours last one hour. These tours are great for school groups, special need groups, elderly outings, and more!
- Due to the size of our facilty and the limitations put on by the fire marshal, we are only able to accomodate up to 35 participants. If you have more than 35 participants kindly book more than one time slot.
- Group Rate – (25-35 people) $8/pp

Animals for Rent
Film, Photography, Art, Ambiance, etc

- Models, Photo Shoots, Movies, Film etc – We will rent our animals out for photo shoots, video shoots, club parties, photo booths, clubs, plays, for dancers, and many other special events as long as it is deemed safe and ethical for the animals involved. An animal wrangler will accompany all animals to monitor animal health and wellbeing as well as to provide instruction on safe handling techniques and to help with with animal placement. Pricing will vary depending on type of animals requested, length of time, and number of animals handlers needed. Please call or e-mail for more details.

General Admission is a great way to experience the joy of reptiles during a super affordable expereience.
Tours last 60 minutes.
Patrons will be grouped together with other general admission goers. Your tour guide will go over a few simple safety rules, then take you on a tour of our faciliy. They will pull out a variety of reptiles for you to pet, hold, and take pictures with.
We have opportuniites to add on a feeding during your tour. Feedings would be for our tortoises or bearded dragons.
